1. Overview Danny Studios ("we," "us," or "our") provides graphic design services tailored to crypto businesses and projects. By using our services, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Ordering Process All orders must be placed through our Telegram bot. The bot will guide you through the steps to select and customize your desired design.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in $DANNY, the cryptocurrency on the Solana network.

  • Clients are required to purchase the equivalent amount of $DANNY for the total cost of their order and send it to the wallet address provided by Danny Studios.

  • We are not responsible for any issues related to the purchase or transfer of $DANNY, including but not limited to buying the wrong token or experiencing losses during the transaction process.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any designs purchased through Danny Studios.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds or exchanges will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

 

5. Liability

  • Danny Studios is not liable for any financial losses, errors, or issues you may encounter while buying or selling cryptocurrency, including $DANNY.

  • We are not responsible for any potential loss of funds due to the wrong $DANNY being purchased, incorrect wallet addresses, or any other issues related to the cryptocurrency transaction.

 

6. Use of Designs

  • Upon payment, you will receive the final design files. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for your crypto business or project.

  • Danny Studios retains the right to showcase the design in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

7. Changes to Terms

  • Danny Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or Telegram bot.

  • Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
